, JAKARTA – Dua pengembang, yakni Astra Property dan Hongkong Land melaksanakan groundbreaking apartemen Arumaya di T.B. Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan.

Bambang Widjanarko, Presiden Direktur Astra Property mengatakan proyek yang diluncurkan pada Februari 2018 tersebut mengusung konsep perpaduan kekayaan budaya lokal Indonesia yang tercermin dari motif batik parang di facade gedung dan konsep hunian hijau serta kecanggihan teknologi yang modern.

“Setelah groundbreaking ceremony ini, kami berharap akan melanjutkan tahap pembangunan segera sehingga target serah terima pada tahun 2022 dapat terpenuhi,” ujar Bambang dalam rilisnya Kamis, (8/11/2018).

Proyek apartemen tersebut, katanya, dibangun di atas lahan 2,6 hektare, dan hanya sebanyak 262 unit dengan tipe apartemen 1BR ukuran 52-60 m2, 2BR ukuran 77-93 m2 dan 3BR 120 m2. Sementara untuk Villa, tersedia dua tipe yakni, Pool Garden Villa ukuran 328 m2 dan Terrace Garden Villa ukuran 248 m2. Unit hunian itu ditawarkan dengan harga mulai kisaran Rp36 juta per m2 (termasuk PPN).

Proyek itu, kata Bambang, menawarkan infinity pool di level rooftop, yang diklaim satu-satunya hunian di T.B. Simatupang yang menawarkan fasilitas ini.

Dengan menerapkan konsep “dua dunia”, area infinity pool memiliki akses pemandangan kota sekaligus ke dua sisi Utara dan Selatan. Pada bagian utara pemandangan kota Jakarta dan pada bagian selatan pemandangan siluet Gunung Salak. 

Arumaya, lanjutnya, memiliki kelebihan dengan beragam kemudahan akses seperti lokasi yang strategis, diapit langsung oleh dua stasiun MRT yaitu stasiun Lebak Bulus dan Fatmawati. Kedua stasiun tersebut akan terintegrasi langsung ke Bundaran HI.
