Dua pengembang, yakni Astra Property dan Hongkong Land melaksanakan groundbreaking apartemen Arumaya di T.B. Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan.

Proyek yang diluncurkan pada Februari 2018 tersebut mengusung konsep perpaduan kekayaan budaya lokal Indonesia yang tercermin dari motif batik parang di facade gedung dan konsep hunian hijau serta kecanggihan teknologi yang modern.

Proyek apartemen tersebut, katanya, dibangun di atas lahan 2,6 hektare, dan hanya sebanyak 262 unit dengan tipe apartemen 1BR ukuran 52-60 m2, 2BR ukuran 77-93 m2 dan 3BR 120 m2. Sementara untuk Villa, tersedia dua tipe yakni, Pool Garden Villa ukuran 328 m2 dan Terrace Garden Villa ukuran 248 m2. Unit hunian itu ditawarkan dengan harga mulai kisaran Rp36 juta per m2 (termasuk PPN).

Proyek itu menawarkan infinity pool di level rooftop, yang diklaim satu-satunya hunian di T.B. Simatupang yang menawarkan fasilitas ini.
